Our Washed Soft Building Sand is a 0–2mm washed sand, produced to provide a clean, fine and consistent material suitable for a wide range of building and landscaping applications.
Its soft texture and uniform grading make it easy to work with, making it an excellent choice for bricklaying, pointing, rendering, screeding and general construction work.
This washed sand is carefully processed to remove unwanted contaminants, producing a clean, free-draining material with a consistent finish.

🚚 Delivery & Quantity Information
Quantity selection:
• A quantity of 1 = 1 bulk bag (approx. 850–950kg)
• Please use the quantity selector to choose the number of bulk bags required.
• Bag weights may vary slightly depending on moisture content.
Delivery method:
• Delivered in crane-off bulk bags.
• Bags are lifted from the vehicle and placed as close as possible to your requested location, subject to safe access and driver discretion.
Access requirements:
• Suitable access is required for a rigid lorry.
• The crane has a limited reach, so please ensure there is adequate space for safe unloading.
• Final bag placement is at the driver's discretion for safety reasons.

🏡 Site Preparation (Important)
• For deliveries onto tarmac or concrete, we recommend placing a tarpaulin down to help keep the area clean.
• For block paving, gravel or decorative surfaces, a tarpaulin should always be used before delivery.
