70/30 Top Dressing (Bulk Bag)
Our 70/30 Top Dressing is a premium, finely blended lawn dressing, manufactured using 70% washed 0–2mm sand and 30% fine 0–6mm organic matter, creating an excellent balance of drainage, structure and nutrients.
Carefully blended to produce a fine, consistent and easy-to-spread material, our top dressing is ideal for improving existing lawns, levelling minor imperfections and encouraging healthy, strong grass growth.
The high sand content helps improve surface drainage and soil structure, while the organic matter contributes valuable nutrients and supports moisture retention, helping your lawn remain healthy and resilient throughout the growing season.

A beautifully fine, easy-to-work lawn dressing that spreads evenly across the surface and works its way into the grass, helping create a smoother, healthier and more attractive lawn.
🌱 Recommended application: Apply a thin, even layer of approximately 3–5mm across your lawn, working the dressing into the grass with a lawn lute, rake or stiff brush. For best results, apply during the active growing season, particularly in spring or early autumn.

Delivery method:

Bags are lifted from the vehicle and placed as close as possible to your requested location, subject to safe access and driver discretion.
Access requirements:

Suitable access is required for a rigid lorry.

The crane has a limited reach, so please ensure there is adequate space for safe unloading.

Final bag placement is at the driver's discretion for safety reasons.

🏡 Site Preparation (Important)

For deliveries onto tarmac or concrete, we recommend placing a tarpaulin down to help keep the area clean.

For block paving, gravel or decorative surfaces, a tarpaulin should always be used before delivery.
